About Us

OUR MOTTO:  We care about student success!

OUR VALUES:  COMMUNITY - WELLNESS - INCLUSION - LEARNING

The Lincoln and Housing staff in general is striving to provide you with the best experience here at OSU. We believe this happens through four means:
  1. Helping student have a sense of belonging to a respectful, caring and fun COMMUNITY
  2. Promoting academic and social success through the 9 dimensions of WELLNESS (physical, emotional, spiritual, social, financial, intellectual, aesthetic, environmental and career).
  3. Creating an INCLUSIVE environment where every resident, no matter where they come from, what they believe in or who their culture is, feels celebrated and valued.
  4. Supporting on-going LEARNING, in and outside of the classroom. The ultimate reason for you being here is to get a degree but we want to help you learn lifelong lessons that cannot be thought in the classroom as well.
